Abstract

A set of graphs are presented from which one can read directly the probability that, in a lattice containing two types of atoms A and B randomly distributed over the lattice sites, a type A atom will be in a cluster of one, two, or three A atoms. Results are presented as a function of concentration for simple cubic, body-centered cubic, face-centered cubic, and hexagonal close-packed lattices.
