Disclosure of HIV Status

Abstract

In this London study there were striking differences, by ethnicity, in the extent to which people with HIV disclosed their infection. This has important implications in light of the 2005 Disability Discrimination Act and recent prosecutions in the UK for the reckless transmission of HIV.
