Scintigraphic Patterns of Injury in Amateur Weight Lifters

Abstract

Scintigraphic manifestations of several injuries, particularly around the shoulder, have a specific pattern. Recognition of these patterns can enhance the performance of bone scintigraphy. Scintigraphy also has the potential to detect clinically unsuspected disease.
