Abstract

The response to thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) has not been delineated in man, nor have patients with endocrinopathies been tested yet with this agent. The purpose of this communication is to report the serum TSH of euthyroid subjects given TRH by several modes of administration and to describe the response in several patients with endocrinopathies.
