Phthalide Dimers from Ligusticum chuangxiong Hort.

Abstract

Two new phtalide dimers, senkyunolide O (1) and senkyunolide P (2), along with three known phtalide dimers were isolated from the rhizome of Ligusticum chuangxiong Hort. On the basis of spectral analyses and chemical methods, the structure of these compounds were determined.
