Abstract

Abstract Complex dielectric constants were measured at frequencies of 0.1–10,000 kc/s over the temperature range of 0–60°C in medicated cotton cellulose and viscose. In these fibers evidence is found for a new secondary relaxation process within the frequency region of 0.1–1 kc/s. The significance of the results is discussed.
