Polyimide nanocomposites with functionalized SiO₂nanoparticles: enhanced processability, thermal and mechanical properties

Abstract

SiO₂–polyimide nanocomposites having enhanced processability, thermal and mechanical properties were easily fabricated by the surface modification of silica nanoparticles with functional groups having chemical and structural similarity to polyimide chain.
