Conjugate additions reactions between organocopper reagents and α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds are now well established synthetic procedures. This article reviews reactions in which the intermediate enolates are trapped with electrophilic reagents to give β-substituted enol derivatives or α,β-disubstituted ketones.
