Abstract

This paper presents a laboratory experiment involving the binding of a ligand, Coomassie Blue, to a macromolecule, Bovine Serum Albumin, meant to provide the basis for a useful experiment in an area that does not receive much attention in the undergraduate biochemistry lab.
