Abstract Quassinoid glycosides, yadanziosides A, B, C, D, E, G, and H, and two quassinoids, dehydrobrusatol and dehydrobruceantinol were isolated from seeds of Brucea javanica, and their structures were determined. These glycosides showed bitter taste and were demonstrated to have antileukemic activity.
