Abstract The innovative technology of metal injection moulding could be successfully applied to the titanium alloy TiAl6Nb7. For this reactive material the complex processing steps such as feedstock fabrication, injection moulding, debinding and sintering were optimised in the frame of the development of a bone screw implant.
