Abstract

Burroughs Wellcome 57-322 and 6-methyl mercaptopurine have prolonged survival of canine renal homografts. Urethan plus 6-azauracil achieved moderate prolongation, but cyclophosphamide and vinblastine sulfate were ineffective at the dosages studied.
