Constant temperatures of 40°C were lethal to eggs of Geocoris punctipes (Say), but 5 nymphs from eggs incubated at lower temperatures developed into adults. Eggs did not hatch at 10°C; they hatched at 15°C, but nymphs failed to develop into adults. Time of development for nymphs was about 3 times that for egg hatch at a given temperature.
