Serum level of the periostin, a homologue of an insect cell adhesion molecule, as a prognostic marker in nonsmall cell lung carcinomas

Abstract

The in situ RNA hybridization data from the current study suggested that expression of periostin may be involved in tumor invasionand that the serum periostin level may serve as a prognostic marker for NSCLC.
