Resonance decays involving two partial waves, such as $B\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\omega}\ensuremath{\pi}$, can test for basic violations of $\mathrm{SU}{(6)}_{W}$. A formalism is presented for carrying out these tests using available data on $\ensuremath{\pi}N\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\pi}\ensuremath{\Delta}(1236)$ and ${K}^{\ensuremath{-}}p\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\pi}{Y}_{1}^{*}(1385)$.
