Epinastine Inhibits Eosinophil Chemotaxis and Adhesion Molecules in Atopic Dermatitis

Abstract

Epinastine suppresses allergic inflammation not only through its strong antihistamine and antimediator effects, but also by inhibiting eosinophilic chemotaxis and the expression of adhesion molecules involved in chemotaxis, especially CD11b.
