Advanced receiver chip for terrestrial digital video broadcasting: architecture and performance

Abstract

A DVB-T compliant single-chip CMOS device for COFDM terrestrial digital TV reception has been developed. This paper presents the chip architecture, its functional blocks, and details on the performance under various channel conditions arising in important applications.
