Modular current-mode defuzzification circuit forfuzzy logic controllers

Abstract

A CMOS current-mode defuzzification circuit is presented. Simulation results show that high speed, large dynamic range and high accuracy are obtained. This structure is regular and modular, so it can be easily expanded to meet the requirement of the cardinal number of the universe.
