Abstract

Intraoperative hemodynamic abnormalities, including pulmonary hypertension, hypotension during cardiopulmonary bypass, and postcardiopulmonary bypass pulmonary diastolic hypertension, were independently associated with mortality, stroke, and perioperative myocardial infarction over and above the effects of other preoperative risk factors.
