Personal Characteristics and Job Satisfaction Among Nurses in Lebanon

Abstract

The results indicate the importance of personal characteristics on nurses' retention. Furthermore, intrinsic factors related to the nature and experience of nursing are more job satisfying than extrinsic factors.
