Ninety-six cases of Wilm's tumour have been reviewed, as far as clinical features, treatment and progress are concerned. An overall survival for all cases of 30 per cent was obtained, and in early cases (those treated by operation first, followed by irradiation) the overall survival was 48 per cent. Complications and steps taken to prevent some of these are mentioned.
