A note on order statistics from Weibull distribution

Abstract

Summary We establish a recurrence relation for the moments of order statistics from a two-parameter Weibull distribution. This enables us to obtain all the single moments of order statistics for which exact and explicit expressions are given by Lieblein (1955).
