Performance of Community-Based Glaucoma Screening Using Frequency Doubling Technology and Heidelberg Retinal Tomography

Abstract

By combining assessments of presenting visual acuity and family history of glaucoma with Frequency Doubling Technology perimetry and Heidelberg Retina Tomography, we devised a community glaucoma-screening algorithm that showed a high sensitivity and specificity for detecting glaucoma in the general population.
