Relapse of fibrosing alveolitis (desquamative interstitial pneumonia) after twelve years.

Abstract

A patient with desquamative interstitial pneumonia completely recovered after treatment with oral corti- costeroids. Twelve years after stopping treatment the patient relapsed but has again recovered after treatment.
