In this paper, a high-order technique based on a locally corrected Nyström scheme is applied to the solution of electromagnetic scattering problems for the volume EFIE (electric-field integral equation). It is demonstrated that this scheme converges in a high-order manner for the scattering cross section of a dielectric cylinder of arbitrary cross section.
