Abstract

Both IOLs provided good distance, intermediate, and near visual acuities. Visual acuity under a glare source and color vision were similar in the 2 groups. However, photopic and low mesopic contrast sensitivities were better in Group B, particularly for intermediate spatial frequencies, which are important for night driving.
