“Stuffy Nose” Rhinoplasty: Diced Cartilage Grafts for Correction of Cleft Nasal Tip Deformities

Abstract

The stuffy nose rhinoplasty was shown to objectively improve nasal tip projection in cleft patients with secondary nasal deformities, with minimal complications and decreased need for revisions.
