Poly(benzoxazine/urethane) composites were prepared as a new type of dielectric material with attractive dielectric behaviors for the first time. Barium strontium titanate (BST) in the form of Ba0.3Sr0.7TiO3was used as a ceramic filler prepared via sol-gel technique to formulate the composition. The effects of BST loading on microwave dielectric properties were studied at temperatures ranging from -50°C to 150°C in a frequency range of 300 MHz to 1 GHz. The dielectric behaviors of all components were nearly stable at various temperatures and frequencies. The composite at 60 wt.% of BST had the highest dielectric constant with a low dissipation factor.
