Computationally efficient discrete space-time models of phase-ordering dynamics of thermodynamically unstable systems (e.g., spinodal decomposition) are proposed. Two-dimensional lattice (100\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}100) simulations were performed to obtain scaled form factors.
