Abstract

Ceiling panel radiant cooling has been refined and used success fully in Europe for more than 15 years. Global consulting firms and their European engineers, have been frustrated when pre senting the option of panel cooling to U.S. engineers, architects, con tractors and owners. The three most common reasons in the United State for dismissing panel cooling are condensation, capacity, and first cost.
