"Normal" Tunneling and "Normal" Transport: Diagnostics for the Resonating-Valence-Bond State

The "normal" transport properties of the high-${T}_{c}$ superconductors, especially tunneling and anisotropic resistivity, are extraordinarily anomalous. We show that these properties can be explained, perhaps uniquely, by a two-dimensional resonating-valence-bond state.
