Magnetization measurements at hydrostatic pressures of up to 16 kbar and temperatures from 4.2 K to 300 K were made by adapting the miniature Be–Cu clamp pressure and dummy cells to the conventional integrating type magnetometer. Pressures at 4.2 K and 300 K were determined from the shift in the superconducting transition temperature of Sn with pressure and the structural transition pressure of NH 4 F, respectively.
