Abstract

A potent attractant in the field for spotted tentiform leaf miner, Lithocolletis blancardella (F.) (Lepidoptera: Gracillariidae), male moths was found to be ( E )-10-dodecenyl acetate. The compound was predicted from male antennal responses to monounsaturated acetates and alcohols.
