Human glandular kallikrein, hK2, shows arginine-restricted specificity and forms complexes with plasma protease inhibitors

Abstract

These results demonstrate that hK2 is an active protease with arginine-selective specificity, which forms covalent complexes with plasma protease inhibitors.
