Abstract

Abstract An efficient, mild, chemoselective, and convenient protocol for synthesis of isothiocyanate derivatives. This protocol was applied successfully in the novel synthesis of anthelmintic drug 4-isothiocyanato-4′-nitrodiphenyl ether and its analogs.
