The Manifestations and Complications of Intraspinal Congenital Dermal Sinuses and Dermoid Cysts

Abstract

Four cases with lumbosacral dysrhaphia are described which were initially incorrectly evaluated and were only treated adequately after a delay. In connection with these cases the diagnostic significance of different symptoms of dysrhaphia are presented and the subsequent therapeutic measures are discussed.
