Abstract

• Malherbe's calcifying epithelioma (pilomatrixoma) is a benign skin tumor that may arise in the eyelid, brow, or zygomatic area of children and young adults. Certain distinctive clinical features of the tumor should suggest the correct diagnosis prior to histopathologic study.
