Metabolic syndrome as a risk factor in normal‐tension glaucoma

Abstract

Of the metabolic syndrome components, hypertension and IGT contributed to an increased risk of NTG. These findings suggest that metabolic syndrome components may play a role in the pathogenesis of NTG.
