Abstract

Radioactivity uptake of intravenously administered (S)-[N-methyl-11C]ketamine was reduced in temporal lobes of ictal in patients with TLE. This may reflect reduced NMDA-receptor density, reduced perfusion, focal atrophy, or other factors.
