Fertility after hysteroscopic resection of submucous myomas

Abstract

Our results indicate that hysteroscopic myomectomy improves fertility in previously infertile women. Resection is a viable alternative to abdominal myomectomy for submucous myomas. (J Am Assoc Gynecol Laparosc 6(2):155-158, 1999)
