Abstract

The complex [Tp*Rh(CO)(PMe3)] was synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallogrphy and infrared and NMR spectroscopy. The Tp* ligand is η2-bonded in the solid state. Variable-temperature NMR studies show a dynamic behavior involving an exchange between square-planar isomers.
