Thermally Stimulated Trap-Emptying Measurements in Phthalocyanine

Traps with a density of 1014/cm3 and an activation energy of 0.36 eV were found in both metal-free and lead phthalocyanine single crystals using thermally stimulated trap-emptying measurements. These traps were responsible for fast trapping observed in transient current measurements.
