Simultaneous occurrence of trapezium-scaphoidtrapezoid dislocation and multiple carpometacarpal fracture dislocations

Abstract

We report a case of simultaneous trapezioscaphoid luxation and fracture-dislocation of the three ulnar metacarpals that illustrates the difficulty in the detection of fractures and dislocations in the carpal bones.
