This paper lists 93 II a-emission objects in two regions of the southern Milky Way The first, around MS and M20, contains the aggregates of OB stars I gr and II Sgr; the second, in Vela, includes the aggregate of OB stars I Vel. The yellow-red spectra were secured with the 30 objective prism of the ADH Baker-Schmidt telescope at the Boyden Station. The estimated limiting red magnitude is about 14 for stars with strong Ha-emission features. Identification charts are given for Ha-emission stars whose positions are not contained in the Cordoba Durchmusterung or the Cape photographic Durchmusterung. Thirteen stars in the Sagittarius region, previously announced to have a bright Ha line, do not exhibit this line in emission on the ADH plates. They are included in the lists for the sake of completeness. Among the numerous red stars in this region, four show definitely the Ha-emission line and are listed in a separate table. Two figures give the surface distributions of the objects under consideration. They indicate that the Ha-emission stars are slightly concentrated around M8 and M20 and at the edge of the region covered by the aggregate I Vel, from i = 2330 to I = 2340 and south of the galactic equator.
