Abstract

Rising to the challenge: Neutral phosphinosulfonate PdII complexes were recently demonstrated to be versatile catalysts even for the challenging insertion copolymerization of polar functionalized vinyl comonomers H2CCHX, such as acrylonitrile, vinyl acetate, and alkyl vinyl ethers (see scheme, MA=methyl acrylate).
