Interstellar Circular Polarization: Data for Six Stars and the Wavelength Dependence

Abstract

Circular polarization attributed to twisted grain alignment along the line of sight has now been detected in light from six early-type stars, including the cases o Sco and (TSco A reported earlier. Detailed q(X) data for the latter two change sign in the red as predicted by a simple model.
