Unusual localization of an unusual tumor: calcifying pseudoneoplasm of the foramen magnum

Abstract

We report, to our knowledge, the second case of a calcifying pseudoneoplasm of the foramen magnum. We emphasize that these tumors are pathologically benign and do not require aggressive surgical treatment and suggest that asymptomatic cases can be followed radiologically.
