Novel Combined GPIHBP1 Mutations in a Patient with Hypertriglyceridemia Associated with CAD

Abstract

We found novel combined mutations of GPIHBP1 in a patient with hypertriglyceridemia and severe CAD. The present case provides important insight into the pathogenesis of severe hypertriglyceridemia associated with atherosclerosis.
