Abstract

Abstract New genera and species of microplankton from a borehole through the Speeton Clay (Lower Cretaceous) of West Heslerton, Yorkshire, are described. One genus, two subgenera and seven species of dinoflagellates, and three species of hystrichospheres, are described, and a new family of dinoflagellates, the Muderongiidae, is set up.
