A New Look at Supratip Deformity

Abstract

I believe that the most frequent cause of supratip deformity is over-resection of the dorsum. This view is suported by an analysis of 100 consecutive patients undergoing secondary rhinoplasty. A broad spectrum of patients with supratip deformity, treated by augmentation, is presented.
